Automated Equipment LLC strives to provide premier after-sale service to our customers through out the world. The ultimate goal is to minimize component failure and product downtime, and to maximize the operational excellence our customers expect and deserve.

Our technicians have been with us an average of 7 years and are extremely familiar with our equipment. Their field expertise includes the areas of electronics, technical writing, CAD, robotics, pneumatics, mechanical design and information systems support. Their responsibilities involve phone support, documentation, agent training, parts distribution, field service and preventative maintenance programs.

Automated Equipment LLC has been a member of the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) since 1997.
